Anita Nasr was born in Lebanon in 1972 and like many Lebanese emigrants, spent her childhood abroad. A Renaissance woman, she wields her skills across various forms of expression, first as a published author (www.aenasr.com) in the novel “Miro”, described by Publishers Weekly as a book “readers will want to finish in one sitting.” She makes her visual arts debut at World Art Dubai 2020 with a series built around her philosophy of “art as a document of our times.” Her interests revolve around psychology, social norms, pop culture and the branding of social movements. A magazine editor for over 20 years and self-confessed rebel, she resides in Dubai.
