Sandra Gebhardt-Hoepfner is an experienced, international selling, freelance artist from Hamburg, Germany. Beeing born 1970 and raised up between two oceans in Rendsburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany brings her desire towards the ocean and all kind of water inclusive her love for water lilies. She paints her original paintings with acrylics on canvas with brushes and palette knives. She saves special moments forever on canvas for the viewer as a source of calm, joy and strength. Her colorful paintings are a pure reflection on the beauty and wealth of life. A way of perception on yourself and the validation of special moments in nature. Remember to take a deep breath and be in that moment. Sandra´s art wants to slow down the viewer and be right here. She likes to take the viewer on a ride, forget about the world around and just dream a little while. This is why she is capturing the light in nature, on water, on water lilies ponds, in blooming flowers and landscapes on canvas. The need to give joy to people in order to make a little positive impact in other lives is what drives her.
Sandra is also an experienced commissioned paintings artist. On walks through nature, she finds her inspiration. Also at her second art studio at the lake Wittensee in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.
One of her biggest water lilies paintings (150x120x2cm) is hanging since 2023 in a private collection in Manhattan NY, USA.
She took part in multiple solo- and group exhibitons and sells her paintings in Art Galleries around the world and the paintings can be found in private collections in the USA, Kanada, Japan, Australien, all around the European Union inclusive Germany, England, Switzerland and Irland. She lives with her husband and two children in Hamburg, Germany.
