Rachael is Co-Founder and Creative Director of Dubai-based arts consultancy Capsule Arts, where she works with artists and designers to integrate art into public, hospitality and commercial spaces. She has played an active role in advancing the UAE art scene and supports regional creatives in building sustainable practices and careers.
